The following are the rules that govern
all purchases from
Tima Bookshop. By
using the Site, you agree to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions of Use (the "TCU"),
including but not limited to the Privacy Policy
and other usage guidelines and rules that may be
posted from time to time, all of which are
incorporated herein by reference, and to follow
the TCU and all applicable laws and regulations
governing the Site. If you do not agree, please
do not enter or use the Site.
Tima Bookshop may
update the TCU from time to time. You are
responsible for checking this page periodically
for changes and updates to the TCU. Your use of
the Site following any posted change(s) to the
TCU will be deemed an acceptance of such
change(s).
In addition, when using the Site, you shall be
subject to any posted guidelines or rules, which
may be posted from time to time. All such
guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by
reference into the TCU.
Please direct any questions you may have about

1. Our availability information is updated
regularly, but it is possible that in some
instances a product may become unavailable
between updates. We will make every reasonable
effort to deliver the products you have ordered
within the delivery timeframe applicable at the
time of order. If this is not possible, we will
notify you and at your option agree a different
delivery period or provide a substitute product
of equivalent value. Alternatively, you may
cancel your order in which case, if your payment
card has been debited, we will refund you the
purchase price.
2. The delivery times given are approximate and
delays can sometimes occur. You will receive an
email as soon as your order is dispatched. Our
policy is to cancel orders if we have been
unable to supply any products within 45 days.
3. Prices shown on this site does not cover the
shipping cost. You should first fill out the
order form, and let us know your location
(Country, State/Province, City). Soon after we
receive your order, we will quote you the exact
shipping cost and any other additional costs
such as VAT if applicable.
4. In placing your order, you confirm that you
are 18 years or over and you are fully aware of
any age restrictions on these products and
assert that you are old enough to purchase them.
5. We decline to deliver any products to POB
addresses. You should provide us with your valid
address.

Once an order has been placed, you may cancel
your order via an email ().
You should be aware that sending a cancellation
request, dose not automatically cancel your
order. Cancellation requests can only be
fulfilled when the ordered products have not
been dispatched. Once the products are
dispatched, your cancellation request becomes
null and void.

Tima Bookshop reserves the right to change
prices listed without notice. All orders for
products are subject to availability and Tima
Bookshop reserves the right to refuse to supply to
any individual or company.

Although we make every effort to ensure the
prices on the website are correct, mistakes may
sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in
the price of the products you have ordered, we
will tell you and give you the option of either
reconfirming your order at the correct price or
cancelling your order. If we are unable to
contact you or we receive no reply from you, we
will cancel your order. If your order is
cancelled and you have already paid for the
products you will receive a full refund.
9. If you order several items at the same time,
They will be all dispatched together. If you
would prefer that these items are sent
separately you should order the items
separately, however additional postage costs
will be incurred.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of
profit, administrative inconvenience,
disappointment, or indirect or consequential
loss or damage arising out of any problem in
relation to the products you ordered which was
not within our reasonable contemplation as a
probable result of a breach of contract on our
part at the time that our contract with you was
concluded.

If any part of these terms and conditions is
found to be unenforceable as a matter of law,
the enforceability of any other part of these
terms and conditions will not be affected.
12. These terms and conditions and any contract
between us shall be governed by and interpreted
in accordance with the law of Canada and
Canadian
Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes
between us.
