If you want a name translation, then I guess there is None. The english language does not usually include nature (like "swallow", "yellow river" .. etc.) into its name list, thats indeed a pity.

Well usually for proper names such as parastoo there is no meaning. May be back in history you can find some meaning for them. but many of those roots are now totaly forgotten.

The English equivalent for "parastoo" is "swallow". It may interest you to know that the word swallow is used in an English proverb : One swallow doesn't make a summer! This is similar to the Persian proveb "ba ye gol bahar nemisheh.
