استمداد برای این مورد اصلا کلمه ی مناسبی نیست. بهتر است در ترجمه همان کمک را بکار ببرید.

Use "estemdad" or "yari". both of them mean "help". The first one in fact is an arabic word. But it is quite popular in Persian as well.

For "I love you, and I am thinking of you always" we say: "man duset daram, va hamishe be to fekr mikonam" or in Farsi (persian) we write ".من دوستت دارم و هميشه به تو فكر ميكنم"
