1. I have a glossary/some references related to my job for translation. Do you think I can send them to you?
Having a glossary or some references which include Farsi equivalents for the technical words in your document is quite helpful in handling highly technical texts. It ensures consistency between different parts of the document that may be assigned to different translators, and between different documents on the same topic. 2. Do you make tape transcripts?

3. What languages do you translate in?
We offer our translation services between Farsi and the set of English, Arabic, French, German and Russian languages. However if your document is in another language such as Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, Italian, etc. you can further contact us about them. We do have access to resources and translators which makes it possible for us to translate between Farsi (Persian) and these languages, however we usually need  more time for them. (Back to Top)

4. Can you provide certified translations?
Yes we can offer you certified translations. We use our certified sworn translators for translation of documents which require certifications, (such as Family registers, Resident's cards, Documents relating to legal complaints/petitions, etc.). However you should be aware that higher prices apply to such translations. (Back to Top)

5. How can I be sure about the accuracy of my translation?
All our translations undergo a multi-stage process which includes the initial translation of the document by a member of our professional staff; a check by a qualified editor to ensure translation accuracy and to catch content and formatting errors or omissions. (Back to Top)
