Welcome to Tima Bookshop Guidelines. Here we have tied to cover all important hints on using our website. After reading this section thoroughly if you still need some guides, you can use the Contact us Form to send us your questions.  

Items for sale on Tima Bookshop have been organized in a very efficient manner. Therefore you can easily browse our website to shop for your intended products. Products are categorized into major groups (Books, Cds, Gifts, etc.). Within each product, there are different categories which further narrow down the product into major sub classes. Within each category then, we will have various subjects. for example if you need to find a book for your child (and let's say it is a story) first you should go to books sections. Within books section we have different categories such as "Arts & Crafts", "History & Philosophy", etc. For our example you should further browse the website choosing "Children books" category. Now that you are in "children books" page, you can easily find your favorite subject "Stories", and easily find all story books for children. In order to review all story books, you should further browse this section by clicking on "next" link on top of the page.
 
If you have something especial in your mind, the easiest way to find your item will be through Tima Bookshop search function. The search box is available on the upper right corner of each page. Simply type in a few words (Title of your book, Name of the author, subject matter, publisher, etc.), and then choose the type of your product on the drop down menu below the search box. The search function will return a page for you with links to your favorite item if it is available on our website. 
 

How to place an order?

When you find an item through browsing or by search the website, you should click on the link for that item. This will lead you to the unique page of that item. On this page you can get more information about your item. For example if your favorite item is a book, you can find information such as title, publisher, author, year of publication, etc. in both English and Farsi (Persian). You can see the price for each item right at the bottom of the page. Please notice the price does not include the shipment cost. Now if you want to order this item, the only thing you should do is clicking on the "order link" at the bottom of the page. This will lead you to the "order form" which you should fill out completely before we can come back to you with the exact shipment costs and further information about the payment. Usually within a few hours of receiving your preorder, we forward you all the necessary information about purchasing the item (shipment costs, delivery estimation, purchasing procedures, etc.). After receiving our email, you can easily follow the guidelines there to pay for your item and purchase it online. 
 

How long will my order take to arrive?

As Tima Bookshop is a global service, depending on the item you order and your location, different delivery times will apply. When you fill out the pre-order special form, we will forward you all the necessary information about purchasing that item. One of them will be the exact delivery time of that item to your address. but to give you a rough idea about our delivery times, we present you with the following table which includes normal delivery times to different geographical locations.

While Tima Bookshop lists a large number of books on its web site that you can find through browsing or by searching, there are far more books in print that we can get on special order. If you want a book that is not listed, send the details (author, title, ISBN or whatever you know about the book) at . We will let you know if the book is in print and if we can get it for you.
